Refund policy

1. Returns / Replacement Eligibility

Eligibility: JaipurSutra does not offer returns or refunds. We only provide replacement in specific cases.
Replacement requests are accepted within 5 days of delivery only if the item is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and original packaging intact

  • Supported by a clear unboxing video and product images


2. Refunds

Refund Policy: JaipurSutra does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
Once a replacement request is approved, only replacement of the product will be processed.


3. Exchanges / Replacements

Replacement Process:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery.
After verification, a replacement will be arranged subject to product availability.

Note:

  • Replacement for size, color preference, or personal choice is not allowed.

  • If the same product is unavailable, a similar product may be offered.


4. How to Initiate a Replacement

Online Orders:
To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Product images showing the issue

Replacement requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

Shipping Policy:
Customers may be required to return the product for quality inspection.
Return shipping will be processed only after replacement approval.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 5 days of delivery along with proper proof.
Complaints without an unboxing video will not be entertained.


7. Replacement Timeline

Processing Time:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, replacement will be dispatched within 7–10 business days, depending on stock availability and location.
