At JaipurSutra, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing time may be extended slightly.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only.

  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take additional time or may not be possible in some cases.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes only.

  • JaipurSutra reserves the right to accept or decline COD orders at its discretion.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

  • Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly to ensure timely delivery.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.

  • JaipurSutra will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • In case of re-shipping due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Packages During Transit

  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage-related complaint.

9. Delays in Shipping

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • JaipurSutra shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
